6 Month Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

At AiVII, we are committed to ensuring our Skills Intelligence System delivers measurable value for apprenticeship and skills providers. To demonstrate our confidence, we offer a 6-Month Money Back Guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The guarantee applies only to new clients purchasing the Skills Intelligence System for an initial 6-month subscription.

  • The guarantee covers all fees paid within the 6-month period, excluding only the cost of any bespoke customisation work (such as custom metrics, dashboards, integrations, or branding).

2. Timing of Claim

  • Refund requests may only be made during month 6 of the subscription period.

    • This ensures sufficient time has been allowed for onboarding, adoption, and measurable impact to be assessed.

  • Claims made before or after this period will not be eligible.

3. Conditions of Use

To qualify for a refund, the provider must demonstrate that:

  • Any issues encountered were reported to and worked on with our support team, allowing reasonable opportunity for resolution.

  • The system has been rolled out to at least 75% of relevant staff through training and onboarding sessions.

  • The platform has been adopted into core processes (e.g. data updates, reporting cycles, management reviews).

  • Access credentials and data security protocols have been followed in line with our Terms of Service.

4. Non-Payment or Late Payment

  • Failure to pay invoices in full and on time will immediately void this guarantee.

  • Only organisations who have remained in full payment compliance throughout the 6-month period will be eligible to make a claim.

5. Claim Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@aivii.co.uk during the eligible claim window.

  • Requests must include evidence of staff training, system adoption, and prior support engagement.

  • Once validated, refunds will be processed within 30 days back to the original payment method.

6. Limitations

  • The guarantee is available once per organisation and is non-transferable.

  • Any customisation fees (custom dashboards, metrics, integrations, or branding) are excluded from refunds.

  • Failure to engage with training, adoption, support processes, or payment compliance will void eligibility.

  • Standard cancellation terms apply after the 6-month guarantee period ends.

7. Our Commitment

This guarantee exists to remove risk from your decision to adopt AiVII. If, after six months of genuine use and adoption, the platform has not delivered measurable value to your organisation, we will refund all subscription and implementation fees paid.
