Logging In and Resetting Your Password
Learn how to log in to AiVII using your provider’s subdomain, reset your password, and troubleshoot common login issues.
When to use this
- You’re accessing AiVII for the first time.
- You’ve forgotten your password.
- You’re getting a login error and need to check the basics.
Steps
1. Go to your provider’s AiVII subdomain
- Enter your organisation’s unique URL in your browser (e.g.
clientname.aivii.co.uk
). - Bookmark this page — you’ll need it every time you log in.
Tip: Logging in from the wrong subdomain will prevent access to your dashboards.
2. Enter your login details
- Type your email address and password.
- If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), click the SSO option and follow prompts.
3. Reset your password (if needed)
- Click Forgot password? on the login screen.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (valid for 1 hour).
- Follow the link to create a new password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
4. Troubleshooting login issues
- Make sure you’re using the correct subdomain.
- Check for typos in your email or password.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- If you still can’t log in, contact your Super User or AiVII support.
